Day
of Planning Package
includes:
Planning, preparation and coordination for the day of
the event. Your planner will be in close contact with
you the month before your Special Event and completely
coordinate everything throughout the event day to ensure
all is perfect. Your planner will work behind the scenes
and ensure every last detail is carried through.
- Initial consultation
- Special Event Coordinator
- One meeting to cover step-by-step details of the event
one month prior
- Time line arranged and provided
- Unlimited phone calls, faxes, emails, etc.
- Administrative time (calling vendors, preparation of
the layouts and time lines)
- Contact vendors two weeks prior for confirmation
- Customized agenda for event provided to clients,
family and vendors

Arrive a minimum one hour prior to event and remain on
site until all contracted formalities are completed
- Oversee all vendor commitments and manage event day
time lines.
- Set up seating arrangements, favors, and tables for
guest book, cake and gifts.
- Collect and hold any of your personal items.
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
- Distributes payments/gratuities to vendors.
- Execute all finishing touches at the event.
